10-day Individual EMDR Treatment Retreat 10-day Couples Counseling Retreat (NOTE: This is not a group retreat.)
To determine suitability for this intensive treatment, Dr. Jayn will perform a screening assessment (remotely). After approval and payment, you and your partner will gain access to the online scheduler to pick 18 treatment slots (1 slot/day on Saturday and Sunday, and 2 slots/day on the 8 weekdays), which are available on a “first booked, first served” basis, as shown below.
Arrival at destination — Thursday Latest arrival date – Thursday. Please take jet-lag into account. Return airport transfer included. Hotel check-in Meet Dr. Jayn for an introduction, over a healthy beverage.
Weekdays — 8 days with 2 sessions per day = 16 slots Please choose any 2 daily time slots for 100 minutes (1 hr. 40 mins) per session (but no back-to-back slots). A: 6.00am - 7.40am B: 7.40am - 9.20am C: 9.20am- 11.00am D: 11.00am - 12.40pm E: 4.40pm - 6.20pm F: 6.20pm - 8.00pm
Weekend days — 2 days with 1 session per day = 2 slots Please choose 1 daily time slot for a 100-minute session. A: 6.00am - 7.40am B: 7.40am - 9.20am C: 9.20am- 11.00am For the rest of the weekend, you can rest and relax.

Meals All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included in this all-inclusive package.
Alcohol This all-inclusive plan DOES include alcoholic beverages. However, as is the case with all medical treatments, you should refrain from alcohol and drug consumption during the treatments. Since the treatment is intense, you are required to be mentally present at all times.
